With strong growth planned over the next decade, we are currently looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to lead a small but capable team.

Working with colleagues at all levels of the business, you will utilise your learning and development experience to shape the organisations L&D strategy. There will be particular opportunity for you to showcase your experience in areas such as Leadership/Management Development, early career schemes and succession planning.

Clearly you will need first rate communication skills with strong relationship management experience and the ability to deal with client groups at all levels of the business. The organisation is at a time of exciting change, with the HR team leading on a number of exciting new projects. With this in mind the role will suit someone who can bring high levels of enthusiasm and energy and importantly who will enjoy playing an active role in the future development of the business.
