This is one of those.

We are working with an Organisation going through an exciting period of positive change. The strategic HR plan is in place with a core focus on continually improving the development and retention of a highly skilled workforce.

Working as the HR Analyst within a small, but highly capable HR team, you will play a lead role in delivering HR Operational excellence across a global organisation. The role will report to an extremely supportive HR Director, working alongside a team of HR Business Partners and acting as subject matter expert for HR Systems as well as developing processes to help deliver their global HR plan.

To be successful, we envisage that you will have a strong understanding of HR Operations and be comfortable and confident operating in a changing environment. You will be an expert in terms of HR Systems, happy to educate HR and wider colleagues in terms of best practice and be comfortable taking part in and managing HR projects as required.  You will love data and have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

This is not a generalist HR role, as the focus is purely on systems and data etc.  With this in mind it is possible that candidates could come from functions such as payroll, reward or finance.  There will be support for professional qualifications and so for those with strong HRIS experience, looking for a specialist role, there is a lot to go at.
