We are working with an Organisation going through an exciting period of change. Their challenges over the next 5-10 years will see their HR team manage a significant period of growth as well as continually improve the development and retention of a highly skilled workforce.
Working as the HR Business Partner within a highly capable HR team, you will play a lead role in a restructuring/change project for a dedicated area of the business. This will include working closely with the HRD providing both strategic direction as well as a generalist service to the business unit.
To be successful, we envisage that you will have a strong generalist background and be comfortable and confident operating in a changing environment. You will be happy leading the people aspects of a complex change project with a particular focus on TUPE activity.
