Interim HR Consultant – Flex on salary/rate

There are HR jobs. And then there are HR jobs. This is one of those.

We are working with an Organisation going through an exciting period of change. Their challenges over the next 5-10 years will see their HR team manage a significant period of growth as well as continually improve the development and retention of a highly skilled workforce.

Working as the Interim HR Consultant within a highly capable HR team, you will play a lead role in a restructuring/change project for a dedicated area of the business.

In order to be successful we envisage that you will have a strong strategic HR background, with the ability to lead change projects and act as a senior business partner and trusted advisor to the Business Unit Director

This is a big challenge and we are looking for a lot, however in return you will be joining an organisation that places great emphasis on its people and their ongoing development.

There is flexibility regarding the terms of the assignment and we can consider interim arrangements from 3 – 12 months depending on how the assignment is structured.
