A graduate in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management, Paul joined the recruitment industry in 2000 securing a graduate position with a London based firm specialising in the IT and Professional Service sectors.
After a number of years in London, Paul relocated back to East Anglia and keen to use the skills gained in his academic study he took up a position as a HR Recruitment Consultant with a leading international specialist recruitment business based in Cambridge. During this time he worked with both Public and Private Sector clients recruiting from entry to director level across the Cambridge and London markets.
In February 2010 he joined RAD Human Resources, leading HR Recruitment activities across the UK and Europe. Paul retains his specialism in HR recruitment, however due to client demand, expanded his remit to successfully deliver a number of assignments across the wider commercial and sales functions.
With a firm belief that recruitment is a business based on relationships and not just transactions, he strives to create long term mutually beneficial relationships with equal importance placed on clients and candidates alike.
Paul has completed the Certificate in Recruitment Practice and is a certified NLP Practitioner.
