Regional Sales Manager – South East

I’m currently supporting a well-established national business, who is looking to strengthen their UK sales team with the introduction of a Regional Sales Manager, who will take responsibility for sales and customer accounts across their southern region
You will work within your region and be responsible to source, acquire, and develop new prospects and maintain and service the existing customer base to increase sales and marketing of all present and future product lines. prepare action plans and schedules to identify targets and contacts to be made. Identify, research, and contact prospective distributors and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
This is a national role and so you will need to be flexible to travel and stay away as required. There is however a reasonable amount of control over diary management and so you will be able to plan travel appropriately.

The field based sales team is well supported by a head office team looking after technical, sales and customer service issues, leaving you free to work on developing your region. Strong support from the Sales Director and Exec team, ensures a positive working environment.
Remuneration will be in the form of base salary (35-40k) + bonus + car (3 Series or equiv)
