We are working with an Organisation going through an exciting period of change. Their challenges over the next 5-10 years will see their HR team manage a significant period of growth as well as continually improve the development and retention of a highly skilled workforce.
Working as the Reward Specialist within a highly capable HR team, you will play a lead role in the full range of Reward activities ensuring that the organisation remains attractive in a very competitive market place. This will include salary benchmarking, managing and developing the bonus schemes and job evaluation for both new and existing roles.
To be successful, we envisage that you will have several years’ experience in a specialist reward role, or perhaps come from a generalist background with a very strong lean towards comp & ben. This will include managing annual salary reviews, job evaluation and advanced MS Office experience.
