Training & Development Executive– Chester

The business is currently undergoing a period of sustained growth and are now looking to hire an experienced Training & Development Executive.
You will take a lead role in the design, delivery and implementation of bespoke training programs across the organisation. You will work closely with business leaders to understand commercial challenges and then put together fit for purpose learning and development interventions. You will spend a large proportion of your time on training delivery with a key focus on coaching and continuous development.
The organisation is highly regarded within the sectors that they operate. The leadership team place great emphasis on their people and their development and so are looking for someone that embrace this spirit and operate as a positive role model to the business.
Clearly you will need a passion for learning and development, with experience of dealing with a wide range of training (design and delivery) from general soft skills, through systems and technical product knowledge.
