HR Manager – Germany (remote working)

If so, we have a great opportunity for a HR Manager to join a highly ambitious knowledge based business at an exciting time of their organisational development. Playing a lead role within a small but high calibre business, you will take HR responsibility for the development of the organisation, providing specialist support and advice to line managers as required.
Working closely with colleagues at all levels, you will provide a full generalist support service with focus on key areas such as employee relations, recruitment and developing learning and development initiatives. Supporting a diverse range of client groups, you will act as coach to line managers in terms of HR best practise and the promotion of positive employee relations. You will also lead on HR Project work particularly surrounding the management of growth.
Candidates will demonstrate well developed communication skills with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing commercial environments. Ideally candidates will hold a professional HR qualification and able to demonstrate a strong generalist HR background gained within a progressive HR environment.
The role supports colleagues across Germany and will be home based with the need to travel across both Germany and EU as required.
Remuneration will include a bonus and salary will be in the region of €40k
