So, it seems like an age ago that you finished your degree and entered the world of HR. You worked your way from HR Assistant into an Advisory role, completing your CIPD on the way and constantly honing your ER and IR experience. You have loved building your knowledge and experience, particularly using your skills to offer effective commercially aligned HR interventions. You’ve been in your current role for a little while now and find yourself thinking about your next step?

Maybe one with both UK, European and International offices where you can use your knowledge of European and International employment law?

We are currently looking for a HR Manager to join a highly ambitious knowledge based business at an exciting time of their organisational development. Playing an important role within a small but high calibre HR team, you will bring expertise in Employee Relations, providing specialist support and advice to line managers as required. Supporting a diverse range of client groups, you will act as coach to line managers in terms of HR best practise and the promotion of positive employee relations.
Candidates will demonstrate well developed communication skills with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing commercial environments. Candidates will be CIPD qualified and able to demonstrate a strong HR background with a sound grasp of Employee Relations gained within a progressive HR environment.
A great opportunity for development based out of London with the requirement to support other offices as required.
Salary range 35-45k depending on experience.
