Reward Specialist – 60k+Car – Can be home/office based

We are working with a professional services organisation that supports clients across the UK, helping them to navigate through periods of complex change. Their challenges over the next few years will see their HR Consultants provide specialist advice to a growing client base helping them to continually improve the development and retention of a highly skilled workforce.

Working as the Senior Reward Specialist within a highly capable HR team, you will play a lead role in the full range of Reward activities ensuring that your clients remain attractive in a very competitive market place.

To be successful, we envisage that you will have several years’ experience in a specialist reward role, or perhaps come from a generalist background with a very strong lean towards compensation & benefits. You will an in-depth knowledge of reward and how to practically apply this to attract and retain talent. You will act as a subject matter expert and importantly have the ability to communicate this knowledge effectively to both HR and Exec level colleagues and clients.

This is a big challenge and we are looking for a lot, however in return you will be joining an organisation that places great emphasis on its people and their ongoing development.
